At NovaElite Threads, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We have implemented the following refund policy to provide clarity on our guidelines:

1. Returns and Refunds: We want to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers while prioritizing hygiene and safety. Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for any products. All sales are final.

2. Customized Jerseys:
- We encourage customers to carefully review their customization options before placing an order to ensure accuracy.
-NovaElite Threads cannot be held liable for any mistakes made during the customization process, including errors in the requested customization.

-It is the responsibility of the customer to verify and confirm their customization choices before completing the purchase.

3. Manufacturing Defects or Errors:
- In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part regarding the customization,NovaElite Threads will gladly accept returns and provide a refund or exchange(Only for Defects).
- If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

4. Refund Process:

- If you pay and within 24 hours & want a refund, it will be processed.

- In the scenario where a refund is requested within 24 hours it will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note a penalty of 15% will be charged by NovaElite Threads to the customer in such a situation.
